the hotel is close to the train station. this made travel very easy (especially with luggage). the complimentary breakfast provided a fair selection. i found the coffee and tea bar available all day a great bonus.
the room lacked drawers for clothing. i also missed having a proper closet for coats.

the air conditioning did not work properly i could not control the temperature the air conditioning turned off on its own i woke up every night in a stuffy room they said it was a system failure it was not fixed

really good serviceclean roombottled water
the staff provided really good customer service and i really appreciated that. the room was very clean and the smart tv was easy to use i watched some netflix. i was even offered bottled water upon check out which was helpful for my travels.
the pillows were not comfortable and i experienced neck pain each morning.
